Very cute apartments and everyone has a balcony. New carpet has been installed and more remodeling is happening. The manager and maintenance are incredible. This is an income based apartment complex owned by the Housing Authority. My mother managed a complex so I know first hand how the actual manager at the complex has to get every single thing authorized by the Housing Authority. We all know how the people who get evicted like to give bad reviews and spread false information.

I have been visiting family and friends here for over 28 years. Within the last year there has been three overdoses. The carpets in the halls are dirty , stinky and stained. The washers and dryers are often broken for months. On the fourth floor there was several holes in the ceiling for months, left from repairs . Garbage cans and buckets were left for months catching the water in the halls. Walls as well as the laundry rooms are dirty! Aka the âmanagerâ is not a people person nor is she professional. . She expects the residents to text her with concerns. Many of these people are in their 70s and 80s. Bed bugs and roaches. All that being said it was once a place where residents could be proud of their home. ð It needs BIG improvements!

The Riverside Apartments are the worst place I have ever lived in. The maintenance is never done when you report a problem. They go in your unit when ever they want THEY NEVER KNOCK BEFORE THEY ENTER your unit. And you feel like your in jail because all your visiter have to come in the front door so they know who is visiting you and what time you get visits. They have bed bugs and the other little bugs.
